I am a runner at heart, and a lifetime lover of all things outdoors and fitness.  I was a competitive endurance athlete for 7 years, then taught Stand Up Paddleboard and PaddleFit.  I believe that fitness is not merely about physical strength, but a decision to live a balanced lifestyle of overall health and wellness that encompasses mind, body, and spirit; you must change your mind before you can change your body. Through a combination of strength training, cardio, and core exercises, I can develop a personal plan that will help you do both.  I've worked with both men and women, and enjoy watching their mental resolve and determination strengthen at a rate that outpaces their physical achievement.  The first step may be the hardest one to take, but you will never regret it!
