Victoria
I was born and raised in Birmingham, England before moving to the United States in 2006. My family and I recently moved to Florida from Arkansas. My husband, Brian, is an Active Duty Airman, and we have two sons, Caleb and Ethan.
I began my fitness journey back in 2012. After suffering for many years with pain from herniated disks and sciatica, I decided it was time to take control and I began working out to strengthen my body. I started dancing in my living room to Zumba Toning DVDs and lost 20lbs of post-baby weight while also getting stronger. A friend invited me to a local community center to try group classes and I must admit, I almost had to be dragged there. I was a very shy person and didn’t ever think I could feel comfortable in that environment. I quickly became addicted by the encouragement and camaraderie that came with group fitness. It was a life-changing experience for me. Everyone was a big support system to one another. The friendships, the fun, the success stories and the accountability were so much greater because of those connections made in class. I loved it! So, I decided that it was only fitting that I get the training to lead such amazing classes that could change people’s lives.
I have been teaching group fitness for seven years now. I am nationally certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and hold certifications in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba, POUND and TurboKick. I also teach Power Pump, Step, and Cardio Dance.
I can’t wait to share my passion with you!
